(1) The controller may cancel the license issued in accordance with this Act at any time, if any of the following things are found to have occurred through the investigation conducted in the prescribed manner in relation to the activities of the certifying body:-
(a) Failure by the certifying body to comply with the obligations under this Act or the rules made under this Act,
(b) If it appears that the certifying body has filed false or incorrect information and documents while applying for a license or while applying for renewal of a license,
(c) for conducting business in a way that adversely affects the public interest or the national economy by the certifying body,
(d) for the certifying body to have committed any offense under this Act or the rules made under this Act,
(2) According to sub-section (1), before canceling the license, the controller shall give reasonable opportunity to the certifying body to submit clarifications.
(3) Other procedures related to license cancellation shall be as prescribed.
